For the past three and a half years, Advocate Molise Ramaili has led the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC), the Government of Lesotho’s investment arm, driving its national development agenda. He developed the 2023–2028 Strategic Plan to foster sustainable impact across Lesotho’s economy, community, and environment, creating intergenerational value. He has also been instrumental in promoting the local private sector through foreign direct investment.
Before joining LNDC in 2021, he held management roles in leading institutions including Lesotho PostBank, Letshego Financial Services, First National Bank of Lesotho, Vodacom Lesotho, and WASCO. He has also served as Board Chair of Coca-Cola Lesotho and Maluti Mountain Breweries, and as a Director at Shoprite Lesotho.
Mr. Ramaili holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Lesotho and trained with Horn and Van Rensburg Attorneys in Bloemfontein. A strong advocate for risk management and good governance, he continues to promote sound business practices.
